What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Repairs or alterations performed by unauthorized parties

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Photos of the damaged item or parts
  2. Order number
  3. Full name
  4. Shipping address (street, city, state, postal code)
  5. Email address

Once your claim is received, our team will review your request and provide instructions for replacement or repair.
