1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or your PayPal balance. All payments are securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted system, ensuring your financial information is never stored on our site.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or order volume.

4. Can I return a product?

Yes! We accept returns of most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Certain items, such as consumables or marked “Final Sale,” cannot be returned. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review your case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Do you provide warranty for your products?

Yes, all power tools purchased from Dillonmcco come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims and contact our support team for assistance.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days, contact our support team.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship. If your order has already shipped, you can return it for a refund following our return process.
