Thank you for choosing Dillonmcco for your power tool needs. We know that timely delivery is as important as tool performance—so we’ve built a shipping process that’s fast, reliable, and transparent. Below you’ll find all the details you need about how your order moves from our warehouse to your workshop.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions for heavy-duty tools.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the continental U.S. We believe in upfront pricing—no hidden handling fees.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or high seasonal order volume.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.
  • No shipping or processing occurs on weekends or holidays.

Large items like cement mixers or sandblasters may require additional handling time due to their size and weight.


Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s official website. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at support@dillonmcco.com.

Carriers we trust: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.


Special Handling for Power Tools

Some of our products, such as abrasive blasters and handheld cement mixers, contain components restricted from air transport. For safety and compliance, we may switch these shipments to ground delivery even if you request expedited shipping. We will notify you if this applies to your order.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder,” its expected shipping date will be shown at checkout. You’ll receive periodic email updates on its status until it ships.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

If your shipment is lost, notify us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a carrier investigation.


Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately—we’ll try to update it before shipping, but we can’t guarantee changes after processing begins.
